Tim Phelps has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the National Engineering Manager at Fulton Hogan Construction Pty Ltd since December 2006. Phelps has previously held the positions of State Manager and Operations Manager for Queensland, specializing in construction and special projects. Prior to joining Fulton Hogan, Phelps was the State Manager for Belmadar Constructions Pty Ltd from October 1995 to December 2006. Phelps holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Diploma of Geotechnical Engineering, both from the University of Sydney, completed in 1979 and 1981, respectively.
