Alli Downs currently serves as Operations Manager at FUN.com since December 2022, following an extensive tenure at Target from June 2014 to December 2022, where roles included Store Director and Human Resources District Resource, managing HR processes and policy implementations for the district. Prior experience includes a brief position as Executive Team Leader at B&F Fastener Supply and a Public Relations Intern role, focusing on marketing improvements and customer communication strategies. Alli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato, where studies were completed between August 2008 and May 2013. Additional experiences include research and development at Tony Downs Foods and service roles at Busters.
