Fun Functional Fitness provides specialist experience delivering multi sports and fitness sessions across Hospital, Schools and Community Centres. Passionate about mental health our sessions are delivered to support service users upon discharged with extra support in the community using sports and physical activity to help encourage build their social networks and their awareness of how socialisng and exercise can benefit both their physical and mental health.
