Komal N has an extensive work experience in the sales and marketing field. They began their career in 2007 as a Sales Manager at Radio Mirchi, where they successfully educated the market about the media and achieved revenue targets. They then moved on to Digital Radio Mumbai Broadcasting Ltd, where they served as a Sales Manager and handled major clients in the FMCG and Auto categories. In subsequent roles, Komal N worked as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, Senior Manager, and Senior Sales Manager, focusing on new business development, market research, and revenue generation. Some of the companies they have worked for include 105.4 Radio Spice, 106.2 HUM FM, Saffron Mediaworks, MediumLarge, Envogue Events, 100.3 Jio Fm, and FunAsia.

Komal N pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from The ICFAI University, Dehradun from 2005 to 2007.
