Amanda Leticia

Amanda Leticia has extensive experience in the field of information technology, currently serving as an Analista de sistema at FUNCEF since October 2019. In this role, Amanda is part of a team responsible for implementing a document management project using Softexpert's SE-SUITE, focusing on developing automated process workflows and forms. Prior to this position, Amanda worked at Postalis from March 2012 to October 2019, where responsibilities included building a service center based on ITIL practices and managing IP telephony configurations using 55PBX and 3CX. Amanda holds a degree in Computer Science from Faculdade JK Michelangelo, earned between 2014 and 2017.
