Claire Stuppa is a PhD student in lignocellulosic materials science and engineering at the Institute for Innovations in Biomass-based Ecomaterials, Ecoproducts and Ecoenergies (I2E3) at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) since February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Ambassador for the École Européenne d'Ingénieurs en Génie des Matériaux from September 2019 to September 2020, and participating in a Master Thesis at the Laboratoire Réactions et Génie des Procédés between September 2020 and March 2021. Claire also worked as a research and development trainee focused on biocomposites with PLANTICS B.V. from March 2021 to September 2021, and contributed as an Associate at Time for the Planet in 2020, tackling climate change initiatives. Currently, Claire holds a research and development engineer position at FunCell since January 2024. Education includes a Master's degree in Material Science from the European engineering school of material science (EEIGM), scientific preparatory classes at Stanislas Cannes, and exchange studies in materials engineering at Luleå tekniska universitet.
