Eirik Johansen

Eirik Johansen is an experienced audio professional with a diverse background in music production and sound design. Currently serving as Lead Audio Designer at Funcom since September 2024, Eirik previously held positions as Audio Director and Audio Guy at Toadman Interactive from July 2018 to September 2024, and as Sound Designer, Composer, and Audio Director at Artplant from November 2012 to July 2018. Eirik established a successful freelance career as an award-winning music producer, sound designer, audio engineer, and composer under Eirik Johansen Music from August 2010 to July 2018. Eirik co-owned Mental Audio AS and worked as a Producer and Songwriter from August 2009 to June 2017. Additional roles include Audio Director at Spillerom and Sound Engineer at What's Going On?. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Technology from NTNU and a Professional Degree in Project Management from NKI Nettstudier.
