Fredrik Eriksson

Fredrik Eriksson has extensive work experience in the sales and commercial management field. Fredrik started their career at Folksam as an Insurance counsellor, where they sold household and life insurances to mid and high-income households. Fredrik then worked at Stadium Promotion as an Account manager, responsible for present and confection advertising services to companies. Fredrik then joined Coca Cola Sverige AB as an Account manager, where they had budget responsibility and managed some of the biggest restaurant customers in the Stockholm region. After that, they joined adidas as a Key Account Manager, responsible for the Stadium account in the Nordic region. Fredrik had budget and total P&L responsibility and worked on finding strategic solutions to increase sales in Stadium stores. Fredrik later worked at Buzzador AB as a Sales Manager and at Activision/Blizzard as a Sales Manager Sweden and Finland. At Activision, they held various roles, including Market Operations Director, Sales Director Nordic, and General Manager & Commercial Director Nordic, where they managed the Nordic sales team, developed high-performance teams, and maximized profitable growth. Currently, Fredrik is working at Funcom as a Global Sales Director.

Fredrik Eriksson attended De Geer Gymnasium from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained their Gymnasie degree with a field of study in Samhällsvetenskap (Social Sciences). Fredrik then pursued a Tekniskt basår (Technical Foundation Year) at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1997 to 1998. In 2013, Fredrik enrolled in IHM Business School and completed their degree in Försäljning Management & Ledarskap (Sales Management & Leadership) in 2015. Additionally, they obtained certifications including Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) from Scrum Alliance in 2022 and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) also from Scrum Alliance in March 2022.
