Grigoriada Stroe is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Funcom. Prior to their current position, Stroe served as the Eastern Europe HR & Operations Director at Ubisoft from February 2011 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing HR strategy, programs, and direction for all Ubisoft studios in Eastern Europe, coordinating the teams of operations, and implementing group recruiting, CSR, internal and external communication, purchasing programs, employer branding and recruitment, talent management, and compensation and benefits strategies.

Some of Stroe's key achievements during their time at Ubisoft include setting up the Ubisoft Belgrade studio, implementing Ubisoft Coding Campus - an international learning program that ensures a steady pipeline of highly trained Junior Online Programmers for all of the Ubisoft studios - and developing employee well-being focused programs.

Before joining Ubisoft, Stroe served as the HR Manager at Telemobil from May 2008 to November 2009.

Grigoriada Stroe pursued a Master's in Human Resources at the University of Kentucky, and later attended law school at Universitatea Româno-Americană din București.

Grigoriada Stroe reports to Rui Casais, CEO. They are on a team with Joel Bylos - Chief Creative Officer, Fred Richardson - CTO, and Stian Drageset - CFO.
