Hugo Mardolcar

Hugo Mardolcar has a diverse work experience starting in 2004 as a Programmer at Eworks (Portugal). Hugo then served as an Instructor at Yonsei Taekwondo Club in 2005. From 2005 to 2013, they worked at Funcom in various roles including Team Manager/Lead Programmer and Gamecode Programmer. In 2013, they became a Project Manager at Inspera. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Experian as a Technical Project Manager and then as a Senior Technical Project Manager. Currently, they are employed at Funcom as a Senior Project Manager and Project Management Director.

Hugo Mardolcar obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico from 1999 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Escola Secundária Alfredo dos Reis Silveira from 1995 to 1999, where their degree and field of study are unknown. Hugo has also obtained various certifications, including Agile Project Management, Certified Agile Leadership Essentials, Certified ScrumMaster, Snagit Certification, Project Management Professional, and The Future of Storytelling. Additionally, they hold a 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo.
