Funcsion is a principal-led systems consultancy that helps organizations—and the agencies that serve them—turn ambitious ideas into connected systems that actually work.

For more than 25 years, I've worked at the intersection of strategy, product, technology, and operations, helping clients navigate periods of change. That has meant websites, ecommerce, digital products, and today, AI. The technology has evolved. The work hasn't.

The value isn't adding another tool. It's connecting people, workflows, software, data, and AI into systems that create leverage.

My work spans product strategy, systems design, AI implementation, technical leadership, and hands-on delivery. Most engagements begin with an ambiguous business problem rather than a predefined solution, and often evolve into a long-term partnership as organizations continue to grow.

Funcsion is intentionally boutique and principal-led. Clients work directly with me, supported by modern AI tools and trusted specialists when needed, combining senior strategic thinking with the speed and flexibility of an AI-amplified practice.
