Thomas Chen

Thomas Chen is an experienced mechanical engineer with a robust background in project support, design, and manufacturing processes. Currently holding the position of Managing Engineer and Office Lead at Function Engineering since April 2005, Thomas facilitates US project support and oversea communications with suppliers in Taiwan and China. Prior roles include consulting at Danger and Palm, focusing on hinge development and PDA program development, respectively. Thomas's earlier experience at Good Technology and KYE Systems Corp involved collaboration on wireless devices and comprehensive design functions, respectively. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and two Bachelor's degrees, one in Mechanical Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology and another in Business Administration from Tamkang University.
