Andrew R.

Andrew R. is the founder of StrategyLab, Inc., which specializes in advising leaders and organizations on growth and transformation since August 1997. In addition to this role, Andrew R. serves as a professor at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, teaching courses on growth strategy, innovation, and organizational transformation. As an angel investor, Andrew R. has backed several innovative companies, including Function Health, SpotHero, Bespoke Post, Metaphysic.ai, Semper, Atomo Coffee, and participates as a limited partner in TO VC and Heaven's Door. Andrew R. holds an MBA with a dual specialization in Finance and Leading Family Businesses from Loyola University Chicago, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Business Management from Bradley University.
