Moe Refugio

Moe Refugio has a diverse background in customer service and quality assurance, with experience in various roles across multiple companies. From February 2019 to February 2021, Moe worked as a Process Specialist at Cognizant. Prior experience includes serving as a Subject Matter Expert and Quality Coordinator at Sykes, as well as working in customer service and sales at eTelecare Global Solutions and other organizations. Moe's leadership skills were demonstrated in roles such as Quality Supervisor and Care Navigation Team Lead at AsiaKredit and Bright Heart Health, respectively. Moe holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Silliman University, completed between 2004 and 2007, and is currently a Member Success Associate at Function Health.
