Travis Lyles

Travis Lyles is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in social media management and editorial leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Social at Function Health since July 2025, Travis previously held significant roles at The Washington Post from August 2017 to June 2025, including Deputy Director of Social and Assignment Editor for Instagram, where oversight of the social team and daily programming of the main Instagram feed was achieved. Prior experience includes positions as Social Media Editor at Pilot Media Solutions, Lead Social Media Producer at Business Insider, and multiple roles during time at Longwood University, where a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies was earned.
