Michael Perry is a seasoned fitness professional with extensive experience in strength and conditioning. As a Senior Kettlebell and Barbell Instructor at StrongFirst and a Course Instructor for Functional Movement Systems, Michael has been instrumental in educating both trainers and clients. Since founding Skill of Strength LLC in November 2010, Michael has demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in personal training. Prior experience as a Strength Coach at Train Boston Sports Center involved designing year-round programs for athletes and rehabilitating clients. Michael's educational background includes studies at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts from 2001 to 2002.
