Chris Pulling

Chris Pulling has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the medical and scientific fields. Chris currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Cap5 Medical since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Analyst Officer at Functional Neuromodulation since 2022, where they played a crucial role in analyzing and presenting clinical data for deep brain stimulation therapies. From 2019, Pulling worked as the Director at i-Lumen Scientific.

In their previous roles, Pulling made significant contributions as the CEO of MicroOptx from 2014 to 2022. During their tenure, Pulling negotiated important agreements, raised substantial capital, and led the company through various clinical studies, design iterations, and certifications. Before that, they served as Adjunct Faculty at St. Cloud State University from 2011 to 2019 and as Vice President at NAMSA from 2012 to 2014.

Pulling also has a successful track record as the CEO and Managing Partner of The Integra Group from 2002 to 2012. During this time, they grew the company into a prominent organization with a strong focus on pre-market research and development activities for over 400 medical devices worldwide. Additionally, Pulling played a key role in numerous FDA advisory panel meetings and regulatory clearances.

Earlier in their career, Pulling gained valuable experience as a Group Manager at Medtronic from 1998 to 2002 and as a Research Fellow at the University of Minnesota from 1996 to 1998.

Chris Pulling received a B.A. in Mathematics from Hamline University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Chris then pursued further education at the University of Minnesota, earning an M.S. in Biostatistics from 1994 to 1996.
