Customer Success Manager at Functionize

Arun Ramaprasad began their work experience in 2003 as a Java Developer at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam). Arun then held various roles within the company, including Test Analyst, Software Engineer, and Project Lead. In 2009, they joined Wipro Limited as a Test Lead and later transitioned to the role of Presales Consultant. In 2015, they joined Mindtree Limited as a Presales Consultant and worked in that position until 2019. Arun then worked at Elektrobit as a Service Manager from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Arun is a Customer Success Manager at Functionize, starting in December 2022.

Arun Ramaprasad graduated from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering in 2003 with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2013, they obtained two additional certifications, namely the Business Process Framework (eTOM) Foundation Level and the Information Framework (SID) Foundation Level from TM Forum.
