Fundació Ficat (commonly known as Ficat) is a non-profit organisation focused on the defense of human rights. The stated objective of the organisation is "to conduct research and advocacy actions to ensure the access to justice of the most vulnerable groups."​

Ficat was founded in 2000 and is based in Barcelona. The team is composed by a number of external experts and volunteer lawyers specialized in human rights, access to justice and social work.
