Terrazul Foundation Technology Development Center is a Colombian non-profit organization that was founded in 2001, for environmental protection, particularly in La Guajira, Colombia. 
In 2005 Terrazul settled permanently in Riohacha, facilitating partnerships with institutions, public and private in the region to benefit disadvantaged populations dependent on locally available natural resources. 
In 2012, established the name TERRAZUL FOUNDATION Technology Development Center, emphasizing the areas of innovation, technological development, Aquatic and Marine Biotechnology for the development of products from these ecosystems and their biodiversities.
