Fundamental is a social impact practice working at the intersections most institutions miss, where mental health meets climate, policy, technology, and culture. Founded by Jorge Alvarez, a youth mental health advocate, civic strategist, and creator recognized by TIME, The New York Times, Forbes, and Fast Company.

Fundamental partners with nonprofits, brands, and institutions to design the strategy, narrative, and infrastructure that turns youth mental health from a talking point into a civic priority. The practice doesn't consult from a distance. It co-creates from within.

If your organization is ready to treat mental health as funda(mental) to your mission, not a side conversation, let's build something that lasts.
