Fundamental Psychology offers therapy and comprehensive psychological testing for children and adults. Fundamental Psychology was opened in 2016 with a belief in promoting good mental health through a focus on the fundamentals. We can thrive when we ensure adequate sleep, nutrition, physical activity and connections with others. Mental health can suffer when we are too focused on daily pressures and life demands. By addressing the parts of our life that have become unbalanced, we can live a more positive and authentic life.

Our goal is to provide therapy with a superior level of personalized care to families within Sarasota, Venice, North Port, Englewood and surrounding areas.
