Kim Blue is a Chief People Officer and executive coach with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Principal Owner of K Blue Consulting, Kim focuses on aligning business objectives with people strategies while also holding roles as a fractional HR leader and consultant for several organizations. Kim has previously worked with industry giants such as Microsoft, Zoom, and ESPN, where they played a pivotal role in shaping talent strategies and enhancing employee experiences. With a Master of Science in Organization Development from Queens University of Charlotte, Kim is also a member of the Forbes HR Council and an executive coach with The Black In HR. Kim resides in Atlanta and enjoys supporting their son, Avery, in soccer.
