Amber Adam started their work experience in 2016 as a KYC Data Analyst at Bloomberg LP. Amber assisted in managing the data model for Bloomberg's start-up business Entity Exchange, conducted market research, and worked with engineers and clients to develop the internal library. Amber also served as a data expert during client visits and onboardings.

In 2017, Amber joined NBCUniversal Media, LLC as a Billing Analyst for Ad Sales Finance. Amber was responsible for preparing, analyzing, and invoicing billing for advertisements on Apple News and Telemundo. Amber collaborated closely with Sales Planners to meet billing deadlines and resolve any discrepancies with clients.

Returning to Bloomberg LP in 2018, Amber took on multiple roles. Firstly, they served as a KYC Project Manager for Bloomberg's start-up business Entity Exchange. Amber managed client outreach projects, working with clients, legal, engineering, sales, and industry experts to ensure regulatory compliance.

Later on, in the same year, they transitioned to the role of Financial Product Analytics & Sales Customer Support Representative on the live help desk. In this capacity, they worked alongside sales teams to support Bloomberg's core financial product, the Bloomberg Terminal. Amber aligned with specific sales regions to help reach targets and increased usage and retention through proactive client touches.

In 2019, Amber became a Trade Order Management Solutions Specialist at Bloomberg LP. Amber partnered with sales as a senior customer support representative, specializing in compliance workflows for Bloomberg's sell-side order management product (TOMS). Their responsibilities included resolving client queries, training and onboarding new and existing clients, identifying workflow gaps, and optimizing integration through collaboration with implementation teams.

Lastly, in 2021, Amber joined FundApps as a Solutions Engineer. FundApps is a cloud-based SaaS provider to the Financial Services industry, focused on regulatory compliance. As a Solutions Engineer, Amber utilizes FundApps' technology platform, market data, and compliance practitioner community to help investment managers automate regulatory compliance, save time and money, and navigate the global regulatory landscape effectively.

Throughout their work experience, Amber has demonstrated expertise in compliance, customer support, project management, data analysis, and financial product sales and analytics.

Amber Adam obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Queens College in the period of 2011 to 2016. During their undergraduate studies, they also had the opportunity to participate in a Study Abroad program focused on Italian Language and Culture at the Università per Stranieri di Perugia in 2015.
