Craig Smith

Craig Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success, cybersecurity, and military operations. Currently serving as Global Client Success Lead and Client Experience Lead at FundApps, Craig has previously held significant roles at BlueVoyant as Director of Managed Services UK and at Splunk as Customer Success Manager. A veteran of the British Army, Craig has led over 100 ICT specialists and managed complex projects, including the deployment of in-house cybersecurity technologies that saved £2 million. Education includes a Master's degree in Military and Strategic Studies from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Science and Criminology from Anglia Ruskin University.
