PACT Foundation (Partnership for Community Action and Transformation) is a charity organisation, a Romanian NGO and our mission is to support the sustainable development of communities from Southern Romania by encouraging, growing and promoting local and regional initiatives, partnerships and social responsibility at individual, corporate, authorities and institutional level. 
We believe that every community in Romania has the courage, confidence and capacity to take an active role in its own future.
We encourage people with initiative, we offer them confidence and hope, as well as a more „technical” help: facilitation, training, consultancy and small grants for community projects that they wish to implement. 
In 11 years of existence we:
o	Helped over 160 communities from Southern Romania and we plan to continue offering our support to more communities in the years to come
o	Involved almost 22,000 people
o	Spent 6 years and a half for facilitation in our communities, as education and know-how are essential 
o	Financed over 150 local community projects with a budget of over 2 million lei
