Arif Haque

Arif Haque has over 10 years of experience in the field of software quality assurance. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Software Test Engineer at CableVision in Bethpage, NY. In this role, they reviewed Functional Requirements Specifications, Test documentation and artifacts to choose the best candidate for automation in QuickTest Professional (QTP). Arif also identified, analyzed and documented problems with Application Under Test (AUT) functions, domain outputs, screens and contents while performing manual and automated test. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a QA Analyst/Engineer at SITA where they analyzed Requirements documents to develop manual Test Cases in HP Quality Center, created and executed Automated Scripts in HP QuickTest Pro (QTP) as per the defined testing deliverables for functional, Business and UAT testing. Arif also created Daily and Weekly Status Reports and Monthly Metrics for desired outcomes to complete testing process for each project as defined by Product Management. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Software QA Engineer at CA Technologies where they gathered & Analyzed Requirements documents to develop manual Test Cases in HP Quality Center, created and executed Automated Scripts in HP QuickTest Pro (QTP) as per the defined testing deliverables for functional, Business and UAT testing. Since 2017, they have been working as a QA Manager at Fundation, where they have managed/led/coached team members in all phases of SDLC & STLC to ensure the solutions developed were able to sustain the projects’ functional and business requirements. Arif has also participated in various meetings/calls to gather FRD, BRD to Analyze to develop manual Test Cases in Testrail, created and executed Automated Scripts in Selenium as per the defined testing deliverables.

Arif Haque is currently studying Computer Science at CUNY New York City College of Technology. In 2010, they also obtained a Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) certification from the International Institute for Software Testing.
