Thomas Friedrich

Thomas Friedrich has a wealth of legal experience, having worked for a variety of organizations since 2003. Theircareer began as a Law Clerk for the US Treasury's Office of Terrorist Financing & Financial Crime in 2003. Thomas then moved on to Macey & Aleman as a Managing Attorney in 2005, followed by a role as Associate Counsel at Stone Street Capital, LLC in 2006. In 2009, they became a Contract Attorney at Compliance, LP and in 2010 they were hired as Investigative Counsel at CACI/United States Department of Justice. In 2011, they joined VeriTrust, LLC as their General Counsel and then in 2016 they moved to Rosenthal Gormly as a Litigation Attorney. Currently, they are employed at Fundation as both General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel.

Thomas Friedrich has attended The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, Loyola University Chicago, and University of Massachusetts Amherst. Thomas has also obtained a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in October 2022 and a Data Privacy Protection Specialist certification from the Association for Data and Cyber Governance in September 2021.
