Itay Rofe

Itay Rofe is an accomplished finance professional specializing in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) with extensive experience in leading global teams and strategic pricing initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of FP&A at Fundraise Up since March 2025, Itay previously held the role of Senior Director FP&A | Strategy & Pricing at Payoneer, where responsibilities included overseeing deal desk operations and managing a global FP&A team. Prior to that, Itay was the Associate Director FP&A | Growth GTM at Squarespace, focusing on revenue modeling and budget management. Itay co-founded Healthy Choice Kitchen Inc, a health-oriented restaurant brand, and has also worked as a Senior Finance Manager at Dean & DeLuca.
