Jim Raper

Jim Raper has worked in the financial services industry since 1984. Jim began their career as a Salesman at Sampson Coatings Inc. in 1984. In 1985, they joined Westvaco Corp. [WestRock; WRK], where they held various roles from Supervisor to Director. In 1998, they became President and COO of PHOENIX Business Consulting (formerly Richmond Information Group, Ltd.). In 2008, they became a Member of InfoMark Surveys. In 2009, they joined Transact Capital Securities, LLC as Chief Compliance Officer and FinOps. In 2011, they became President of Crimson Staff Advisors, LLC. Since 2014, they have been the Chief Compliance Officer of WealthForge Securities LLC.

Jim Raper attended Virginia Tech from 1979 to 1984, where they earned a BS in Business Administration / Finance. Jim then went on to attend Virginia Commonwealth University from 1993 to 1995, where they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA.
