Following a strategic evolution, the company has discontinued its fund distribution activities and now focuses on fundraising, venture capital initiatives,  the organization of financial and innovation-driven events and Lifestyle management services for high-net-worth clients

With more than 15 years of collective experience in the financial industry, Fundsgate leverages its expertise, network and entrepreneurial mindset to connect capital, projects and opportunities. We support entrepreneurs, companies and investment initiatives through tailored advisory services and access to a qualified international network of investors and partners.

Our approach is boutique, independent and selective. We work alongside founders, management teams and investors to structure fundraising processes, identify strategic capital and foster long-term value creation. In parallel, Fundsgate acts as a catalyst for dialogue and deal flow through curated events and innovation forums designed to bring together finance, technology and business leaders.

The company was established by Christian Barozzi and Andrej Carpani, professionals with long-standing experience in financial markets and capital advisory, who continue to guide Fundsgate’s strategic vision and development.
