Nora M. has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at NEARSOL, where they handled customer inquiries and resolved concerns effectively. In 2018, they joined Capgemini as a Senior Process Associate, responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, reviewing invoices, and ensuring payment accuracy. Later, they were promoted to Process Lead, where they revised financial documents, acted as a point of contact between sales directors and clients, and supported the paralegal department. In 2022, Nora joined FundThrough as a Funding Analyst, with a focus on analyzing contracts and providing financial support.
