Erika Randolph

Erika Randolph currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Strategy and Operations at Funga since September 2022. Prior to this role, Erika held various leadership positions at Descartes Labs from January 2019 to April 2022, including Director of the Sustainability Business Unit, where a newly established team was built and revenue increased by over 250%. Other notable roles at Descartes Labs included Team Lead for Commercial and Government Solutions and Solutions Manager for Forestry and Climate. Erika's experience also encompasses positions at King Arthur Baking Company, Keurig Green Mountain, Chemonics International, and Antamina, highlighting expertise in brand management, financial analysis, and consulting. Erika Randolph holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.A. in Economics from Whitman College, along with a study abroad experience in Economic Development and Globalization in Chile.
