Jani Kajander

Jani Kajander is an experienced professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities throughout their career. Jani started their career in 1999 as a Managing Editor at Kynämies Oy, where they revolutionized customer magazines and explored digital media production. After working there for two years, they became a Journalist/Consultant/Photographer at mixed media, where they collaborated with leading magazines and newspapers and provided consultancy services to clients. In 2002, Jani joined Otavamedia (previously Yhtyneet Kuvalehdet) as a Journalist, responsible for daily news content and participating in planning projects. Jani joined A-lehdet Oy in 2004 as a Managing Editor, overseeing daily operations, coordinating staff, and developing new products. Jani then moved to Unigrafia in 2016, initially as a Project Manager and later as a Brand Director, where they managed brand strategies and projects. Since 2020, they have been working at Funidata as the Chief Marketing Officer, leading marketing efforts and ensuring brand success. Throughout their career, Jani has gained extensive experience in marketing, communications, project management, and content creation.

Jani Kajander has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, which they obtained from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu between the years 2004 and 2009. Jani then pursued further education and earned a Master of Science degree in Marketing from Aalto University, studying from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, Jani obtained a certification in Google Analytics from Google in December 2016.
