Nick Dies is the Founder and Managing Partner of FUNKHAUS, a position held since January 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing new business initiatives, client services, and strategic growth for the Los Angeles office. Prior to FUNKHAUS, Nick held various roles at Meltwater Group from January 2007 to December 2010, including Brand Director, Managing Director for the Buenos Aires office (opening the first Meltwater News office in Latin America), Managing Director for the New York office, which ranked among the top 10 for 2008 sales globally, and Managing Director for the Philadelphia office, which was the youngest office in the top 10 sales for 2007. Nick earned a BA in Political Economies of Industrial Societies, with a concentration in International Business and a background in the History of Art from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating in 2006.
