Phillip Castro

Phillip Castro is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the VP of FP&A at Funko since May 2022, Phillip previously held the positions of Sr. Director of FP&A within the same company. Prior to Funko, Phillip worked at Apeel Sciences as the International Controller from April 2020 to May 2022. At VOLCOM, Phillip advanced through several roles, including Global Controller, Americas Controller, and Director of International Finance from March 2014 to April 2020. Earlier in Phillip's career, audit experience was gained at BDO USA, LLP, where responsibilities included Senior Audit Manager, Audit Manager, Audit Senior, and Audit Staff from January 2007 to March 2014. Phillip earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Chapman University between 2004 and 2006.
