Ben Wild

Ben Wild has extensive work experience in various roles related to technology, data, CRM, and digital strategy. Currently, they are working as the Chief Technology Officer at Funlab Pty Ltd since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Data, CRM & Loyalty at Funlab Pty Ltd from May 2021 to July 2023. Before joining Funlab, Ben worked as the Senior Loyalty & CRM Manager at Grill'd Healthy Burgers in 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they held roles at Loup. including Customer Analytics, Insights & Research Manager and CRM Manager. In 2018, Ben served as the Head of Marketing at think Procurement. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Digital Strategy at Fernwood Fitness from 2016 to 2018, and at Green Hat from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, Ben had roles at Incitec Pivot Limited as the Digital Systems Manager from 2011 to 2015, and at ClickMagnet as the Director of Digital Marketing from 2007 to 2011. Ben started their career as the Director at BarEngine in 2006.

Ben Wild attended Wesley College from 1992 to 1994. Ben then enrolled at the University of Melbourne from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom). During their time at the university, Ben focused their studies on various subjects including Economics, Industrial Relations, Accounting, and Management.
