Johanna Persson

Johanna Persson is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HRIS and implementation consultancy. Currently serving as an HRIS specialist at Funlab Pty Ltd since June 2023, Johanna's previous roles include Senior Implementation Consultant and Implementation Consultant at ELMO Software, where over 100 implementation projects were successfully managed, and significant internal improvements were driven. Additional experience includes roles as HR Analyst at Techtronic Industries, HR Coordinator at YMCA Victoria, Global Learning Specialist at Mölnlycke Health Care, and HR specialist at Semcon, alongside an early career as an HR generalist at Elanders.
