Dave Floyd currently serves as the Manager of Account Management and Customer Success at Funnel, starting in July 2023. Previously, from May 2022 to July 2023, Dave held the position of Manager of Enterprise & Strategic Customer Success at Newsela, where leadership of a team focused on fostering deep partnerships with major enterprise district partners was key. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at Panorama Education, overseeing Client Success Managers and improving client outcomes, as well as significant roles at Teach For America, including Managing Director of Program and Partnerships. Dave's career began in education as a 6th Grade ELA/ESL Teacher in Houston ISD. Dave holds a Master of Arts in Urban Education Policy from Brown University and a Master's in Education from the University of St. Thomas, along with a Bachelor's in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the College of the Holy Cross.
