Cathy Li is a seasoned professional in organizational development, currently serving as the VP of Organization Development at FunPlus since April 2020, where Cathy establishes functions related to organizational development, talent development, leadership development, employee experience, and organizational culture. Previously, Cathy held various strategic HR roles at notable companies, including a position as a researcher in HR strategic planning at Meituan, and leadership roles at Alibaba Group, Intel Corporation, McAfee, Oracle, and Towers Watson. Cathy has advanced academic qualifications, including an EDBA and DBA from the University of Montpellier, an EMBA from People's University & Barrington University, and a Master's in Marketing from Melbourne Business School.
