Hugo Ludewig has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. hugo began their career in 2008 as a stagiaire at AWT gruppe. hugo then worked as a Conseiller commercial at Hertz in 2009 and as a Conseiller commercial at Audi France in 2010. In 2014, they took on the role of Chef de projet at Racing Service Location and also worked as an ACO at Avis Budget Group. From 2015 onwards, they joined FunPlus where they served as a Game Operator and later as a Marketing Strategy professional. In 2017, they joined King's Group as a Senior Community Manager where they achieved notable successes such as growing YouTube subscribers and designing a Moderator system.

Hugo Ludewig's education history begins with their completion of a DUT degree in Administration et gestion des affaires, général from Université Côte d'Azur in the years 2009 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance, marketing, stratégie at IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management from 2011 to 2012.
