Tomás Soares

Tomás Soares has a diverse work experience history. Tomás started their career as an Enumerator at INE, where they successfully fulfilled the responsibilities of conducting the Portuguese Population and Households Census in 2021. Tomás then worked as a Customer Support representative at mrktng4 from April 2021 to January 2022.

In 2016, they joined Playata as a Community Manager, where they successfully managed a team of volunteers and collaborated on developing strategies to motivate and improve the quality standards. Additionally, they gathered feedback and prepared documentation for volunteers.

From November 2018 to May 2022, they worked as a Community Manager at InnoGames GmbH, where they mentored volunteers, experimented with different approaches based on project needs, and planned and executed community contests.

Currently, Tomás Soares is serving as a Community Manager at FunPlus, starting from June 2022. Their role includes coordinating social media, creating documentation, and developing English-speaking communities strategy.

Tomás also took on short-term roles at Câmara Municipal de Oeiras, where they participated in environmental cleaning activities and developed recreational activities for young people during the summer.

Tomás Soares completed their education as follows:

Tomás Soares achieved a Master of Public Policy & International Development degree in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics. Tomás attended this school from 2021 to 2022.

Prior to that, they studied Economics at Università degli Studi di Sassari from 2020 to 2021, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution.

Tomás Soares received their Bachelor's degree in Management from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. Tomás attended this institution from 2018 to 2021.

In 2020, Tomás Soares briefly studied Business at the International Business School.

Before attending university, Tomás Soares completed their high school education in Socio-economic Sciences at Escola Básica e Secundária Amélia Rey Colaço from 2015 to 2018.

Furthermore, Tomás Soares obtained a certification in Microsoft Excel (Office 2016) from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in September 2021.
