Matt Alling

Matt Alling serves as the Chief Recruiting Officer at Marius Group since May 2015, where expertise in executive recruitment and team building is showcased. Additionally, Matt Alling is the CEO of The Calvin Group, LLC, a partnership with Marius Group focusing on technical and executive staffing nationwide. Involved in philanthropic efforts, Matt Alling is also a Board Member for the Funraise Future Foundation. Prior entrepreneurial experience includes founding Working Cover from December 2019 to January 2021, alongside a unique title as Eating Champion at Krystals in 2005-2006. Educational background includes a BA in Communication Studies from Samford University and study at The University of Alabama.
