Erwin Korst

Erwin Korst has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Erwin began their career as a Sales Director at SportCity and then moved on to become the Business Development Director at HDD Group, where they also served as the Director of LAPT & SL!M. Erwin then worked as the Distributor Benelux at Pixformance Sports GmbH and as the Director/Owner at SXSPORTSCLUB. In 2013, Erwin became the Director/Owner of JIBE-Consultancy, where they focused on making Fitnessclubs successful. Erwin joined Fitland in 2018 as the National Sales & Operations Manager before transitioning to Xplor, where they held various roles such as Head of Business Development Europe and Vice President of Enterprise Sales. Erwin also served as a member of the Europe Active President's Council for Digital Tech. Currently, Erwin is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Pavilion and will be joining Funxtion as their Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in 2023.

Erwin Korst has a diverse education history. In 1994-1997, they attended CIOS SITTARD where they studied fitness, tennis, swimming, and massage. In 1999-2000, Erwin pursued a degree in Sales & Marketing at HBO University, specializing in Nima A & B. In 2006, they attended IESE Business School and completed a program in Fitness Management through the IHRSA Academy. In 2009, Erwin gained a certification in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) from BPD Training. In 2010, they completed The Master I - The Awareness Process & Master IV - The Sales Success Process program in Consciousness Coaching from http://www.consciousnesscoaching.nl/. Additionally, in 2011, Erwin took a German course in Powerfully Persuasive Business German at the Language Institute Regina Coeli. In 2018, they completed the Strength & Conditioning Performance Mentorship program from EXOS Strength & Conditioning Education. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Erwin studied for an MBA degree at Business School Nederland.
