The team's years of experience in the development field coupled with backgrounds in leasing, architecture, engineering, construction, and finance bring a wide-range of skill sets to tackle all the challenges the firm faces.

Jeff Fuqua formed his new company Fuqua Development, LP in March 2012, after twenty-four years with Sembler Company leaving as President of the firm.  Fuqua Development Company is headquartered in Atlanta, which has been Fuqua's base of operations (and his home) since 1992.  The company is pursuing major developments in Atlanta, Denver, Florida, South Carolina, and Canada.
