FuresøGruppen – Denmark’s oldest certified valuer for cooperative housing associations

At FuresøGruppen, we lead the market in delivering thoroughly documented valuation reports carried out by leading experts. We are the kind of valuers with a unique passion for cooperative housing associations. We live by the motto: “Do what you do best.”

Our product catalogue is streamlined to one core service: we exclusively provide valuation reports for cooperative housing associations. Whether you are a property administrator, board member, or auditor, you can feel completely confident working with us. We hold the most comprehensive professional liability insurance on the market – up to DKK 25 million – through HDI Special Risk, and we are proud members of both RICS and DE.

As an independent firm, our only interest is the accurate and optimal valuation of cooperative property assets. Our valuation reports are well-documented, built on in-depth analyses, and developed with care. We conduct more than 200 cooperative housing valuations annually and are proud to maintain a high level of client satisfaction – as shown by a customer churn rate of only around 1% over the past four years. This is something we are deeply honoured by.

Our team consists of highly educated and skilled professionals with over 80 years of combined experience in the property market. We combine market insight and extensive know-how with legal expertise, financial acumen, and strong analytical capabilities.

Since our founding, we have continuously built extensive knowledge of the property market. We stay up to date on new legislation, market trends, and potential optimisation opportunities — and we’re always happy to share this knowledge. Many administrators, auditors, and residents find great value in this, which is why we are happy to give talks — whether it’s to one person or an audience of a hundred.
