Fursa emerged out of the realization that  Arab excellent Junior Developer, represent an untapped pool of talent for the Hi-tech industry.
Fursa ensures 100s of talented, outstanding Arab engineers and STEM graduates, are properly trained, hired and integrated within the Israeli Hi-Tech.
By doing so, we not only assimilate both Arab and Jewish societies into each other,  but we also empower high-tech companies by allowing them to export fewer positions to offshore centers, while reinforcing Israel's economy
