Tim Frischmon

Tim Frischmon is an established leader with extensive experience in executive recruitment, retention, succession planning, and organizational development. As Principal at Furst Group since 1994, Tim has led over 375 engagements, collaborating with boards and executives. In addition, Tim co-founded NuBrick Partners in 2015, focusing on leadership development and team performance at all organizational levels. Tim also serves as Chair of the Nominating & Governance Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors for The Medical Alley Association, which aims to advance the healthcare industry through innovation and connectivity. Tim holds a BA in Economics and Business from the University of Minnesota Morris.
