I founded Further Coaching to help business owners get out of their own heads and make better decisions.

Most of the owners I work with aren't struggling because they lack ability. They're struggling because they're too close to their own business to see it clearly. The noise of running it day to day gets in the way of good thinking.

I work with them 1:1 to create the space to step back, cut through that noise, and move forward with clarity.

I've been doing this work for eight years. I'm also actively acquiring and operating UK SMEs, so I understand the pressure of running a business from the inside.
