We are dedicated to designing high-quality, distinctive architecture that reflects Philadelphia’s character while introducing something new to every project.

Our team manages a range of new construction and renovation projects—from single and multi-family homes to mixed-use commercial, light industrial, and building additions. From the first meeting to the Certificate of Occupancy, we remain a hands-on partner. We bring deep expertise in the Philadelphia Zoning Code and International Building Codes.

Our Services
Planning & Design
Every project begins with a site and an owner’s vision. We conduct feasibility studies, develop schematic options, and collaborate to refine a single design that moves forward.

Zoning
Zoning plans are the first step in permitting. These drawings convey the design to the municipality, which reviews them for code compliance. Additional documents or surveys may be required. If necessary, we revise the design or pursue a variance. We’re well-versed in zoning and building codes.

Construction Documentation
We develop complete document sets for many building types, from new homes and mixed-use spaces to multi-family and renovation projects. Our specialty lies in residential design and documentation.

Documentation Coordination & Expediting
We manage and expedite architectural and supplemental documentation for municipal review. Acting as project managers, we coordinate drawings from engineers, surveyors, and specialty consultants.
